Shipping
We work with our shipping partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here are the most frequent questions about orders that are in process.
We understand the concerns about import duty, tax, and brokerage charges, so we’ve worked hard to deliver fast, economical shipping with no extra charges due at delivery.
Brokerage:
We use a premium shipping option with no brokerage charges for your order(s).
We collect these taxes from you at checkout and remit them directly to the Canadian government. You’ll see your exact total at checkout, and there is nothing due at delivery.
How do you determine the amount of tax?
Taxes are based on your delivery address and collected at checkout.
Import Duty:
We charge duty on orders shipping to Canada and the rate varies based on the product ordered. The duty amount will be included with any GST/PST taxes in the 'Order Summary' on the taxes line.
Are you sure I won’t be charged brokerage fees?
Yes, we are sure! Our selected shipping method does not have brokerage charges.
What are the shipping charges?
To determine the shipping charges, just add the items of your interest to the shopping cart. This does not obligate you to buy them, and you don’t have to log in or create an account as well.
Can I use my Canadian address for billing and ship to a USA address?
Yes, we are happy to ship within the US on your behalf. A packing slip showing your items and the prices paid will be included in your shipment.
Note: Customs or export documentation will not be provided by Jenson USA "for this case."
How will I be charged?
We will charge your card in US dollars. Some credit card issuers charge a small fee (usually about 1%) to handle foreign currency. Check with your card issuer for more information.
Note: This fee is paid to your credit/debit card issuer, and not Jenson USA.
Why are the items on my order not shipping?
Some of our items can not ship outside of the US due to contractual agreements with the manufacturer.
International orders are shipped with one of these carriers: UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The most appropriate carrier is selected based on your location and the item(s) you are purchasing. Oftentimes, there is only one carrier option available.
Do you provide customs forms?
Yes, we do include customs forms for all international shipments.
We list the actual value of the order(s) contents by product type. For example, orders containing both clothing and bike parts will all be listed as 'bike parts'.
Customs, import duties (if any), and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Import duty and taxes
If applicable, you are responsible for paying import duties and taxes charged by the government of the recipient country. These fees are collected by the shipping carrier at delivery.
How much is the import duty or tax?
We cannot reliably predict what, if any, import duty or tax might be charged. The amount will vary based on the destination country, item(s), and shipping method.
If import duty or tax is charged, who pays for it?
These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Jenson USA will not pay import duty or tax charges on your behalf.
Note: Failure to pay import duties or taxes charged will result in the loss of both the item(s) and the funds used to purchase them.
UPS My Choice® gives you visibility on your incoming packages and allows you to manage deliveries.
Once you log into your account on UPS.com, enter the tracking number then select Track to follow the prompts to select the appropriate feature you wish to use.

Park Tool has issued a Stop Use and Inspect Notice for their CCP-22, CCP-44, and CWP-7 crank pullers due to an out-of-spec nut that is shared between the three tools. This out-of-spec threading may cause damage to bicycle cranks during removal. Some, but not all, tools sold between October 2021 and April 2022 may be affected.
Park Tool has a plan to replace these nuts at no cost. Affected customers in the United States should visit parktool.com/1206 and follow the instructions. Customers outside the United States should contact their point of purchase for resolution. Retailers and distribution partners should forward this notice to any customers who purchased these tools.

With our dedication to safety and quality in mind, Shimano is issuing a voluntary recall of some bonded 11-speed Hollowtech road cranksets produced before July 2019 for a possible bonding separation issue.
To remedy this situation, Shimano will have applicable, pre-July 2019, cranks inspected by Shimano authorized retailers and Shimano will replace any cranks that fail the inspection process. There is no need for further action for cranks that pass the inspection process. The CPSC has reviewed and approved the voluntary Corrective Action Plan that Shimano has proposed. This is designed to give the consumer multiple ways to determine whether their crank shows a possible bonding separation issue and to swiftly remove any possible safety hazard to our consumers.
Not all Ultegra and Dura-Ace cranks need to be inspected. Only cranks produced before July 2019 need to be inspected, and the way to know if your crank should be inspected is to identify it in step 1 below.
Crank Identification and Inspection Process
The way to know if this applies to your crank is to follow the instructions in Step 1 More detailed information with images can be found below.
Step 1 – Determine whether this notice applies to your crankset
Step 1A – Identify the model number of yourcrankset
The affected model numbers are DURA-ACE and ULTEGRA branded cranksets with the following model numbers: ULTEGRA FC-6800, FC-R8000 and DURA-ACE FC-9000, FC-R9100 and FC-R9100-P. The model numbers are stamped on the inside of the crank arm near the bottom of the arm (see yellow square in the] imagebelow).
Does the model number on your crank arm match the model numbersabove?
NO: The crank is not affected, and no further action isneeded.
YES: Proceed to STEP1B.
Ultegra FC-6800
Ultegra FC-R8000
Dura-Ace FC-9000
Dura-AceFC-R9100
Dura-AceFC-R9100P
Step 1B – Identify the production code stamped on your crank arm (blue box on the image below)
A production code is stamped on the inside of the crank arm near the bottom of the arm. The affected models are pre-July 2019 production and have the following two-letter production code on backside of the crank arm where the pedals are attached: KF, KG, KH, KI, KJ, KK, KL, LA, LB, LC, LD, LE, LF, LG, LH, LI, LJ, LK, LL, MA, MB, MC, MD, ME, MF, MG, MH, MI, MJ, MK, ML, NA, NB, NC, ND, NE, NF, NG, NH, NI, NJ, NK, NL, OA, OB, OC, OD, OE, OF, OG, OH, OI, OJ, OK, OL, PA, PB, PC, PD, PE, PF, PG, PH, PI, PJ, PK, PL, QA, QB, QC, QD, QE, QF, QG, QH, QI, QJ, QK, QL, RA, RB, RC, RD, RE, and RF. Please proceed to Step 2 if your crank has this code. If your crankset does not have one of these codes, please proceed to step3.
Ifyouhave noticedanychangesinthefeelingofthecrankwhen youpedalorhearnoise or creaking, please proceed to Step2.
Consumers who believe they have an applicable product or are unsure how to check the manufacturing code are asked to contact an authorized Shimano retailer to schedule a free crankset inspection. Please see below for instructions on how to figure that out. You may also call us at (844) 776-0315 forassistance.
Consumers with cranksets that do not fall within the specifieddate codes do not need to take further action regarding this safety recall or inspection. Please proceed to Step3.
Step 2 – Take the Bicycle to the Retailer for Inspection
Shimano has developed the crank inspection process and will provide clearinstructions and tutorials forretailers.
You can take your bike to a participating retailer starting October1st
The retailer will inspect the crankset for signs of bonding separation ordelamination.
Retailers will submit the required information to Shimano so that we can documentthe inspection, results, and replacement cranks ifneeded.
Shimano is required to maintain this information for CPSC reporting and to ensurethe process iscompleted.
Consumers whose cranksets show signs of bonding separation or delaminationduring the inspection will be provided a free replacement crankset* from Shimano that the retailer will professionallyinstall.
Step 3 – Ride safely and continue to inspect your bicycle/equipment
If your crankset passes the inspection and has no signs of delamination, we appreciate your patience and diligence in having the safety inspection done. You may continue using your crankset as normal.
If your crank requires replacement, we appreciate your patience to complete this process.
We encourage all riders to maintain their bicycle and riding equipment diligently.
Have your bike tuned up and inspected regularly (ask your retailer for recommendations based on your riding habits).
Pay attention to changes in the sound and feel of how your bike is riding. Changes could indicate wear out, breakage, or need for adjustment to some part of your bike.
*If a replacement crankset is temporarily unavailable, Shimano will maintain a registry of retailer requests and will notify retailers when the replacement is ready.
